We deliver directly from our warehouse in Wetzikon, Switzerland. Economy delivery take about 2-3 days and the Priority delivery 1-2 days. Shipments abroad are always sent by registered packages. The delivery time to Europe amounts to about 1 week, however, depends in part on duty from.

After the shipment of the goods we deliver a shipment tracking email.
Cash on delivery orders are delivered to the client personally and against payment of the invoice.
If the address is incorrect or the goods shall be rejected, we present a new invoice for the new delivery.

Postage free delivery:

Bulky costs:
- floor coverings, mats
- Wavemaster Bob torso
- All other products that fall under bulky.

All deliveries up to 2kg are delivered as registered PRIORITY letter if length, width and height does not exceed 90 cm and any side is not longer than 60 cm. For international deliveries, customs and VAT surcharges may be additional.

The final delivery costs will be communicated with the order confirmation.
